Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or personal preferences.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo proof. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund if approved.

Order Issues
We are only responsible for issues caused by our error (incorrect or damaged items). We are not responsible for customer errors during checkout.

Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Please contact your local carrier for assistance.

Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
